Jenny of ELEFANTZ's blog and thinking to myself..."I can do that"! The hard part has been finding the time and a tea towel I wanted to use for something. Having conquered both of those missions and having toyed around with several different projects for some L'amour fabric I won on
SewFlake's blog, I finally decided what to make. The applique came from Jacquelynne at
The Noble Wife and the pattern for the zippered bag can be found on Terri's blog,
Sew-Fantastic. So here it is...

The parts --

The finish --

Now to go and find some wonderful things to fill it with!!! :-D
Have a great day!!!
That's so lovely!! I love waffle weave tea towels, so lovely and soft - perfect for your project!
ReplyDeleteHi Kelly, Lovely blog! The bag is so sweet! The Noble Wife is one of the first blogs I followed. Jacquelynne is soooo talented! It was thanks to her that I made a connection the Gentle Art Threads and I love stitching with their floss. And I was Jenny's partner in her Christmas fat quarter swap! She is also a lovely and talented lady!! I'm going to sign up to be your first follower. :-)
